Volunteer Needs

Please select all your preferred volunteer tasks. You will need to be available for the ENTIRE TIMEFRAME listed for the tasks you select. Exceptions: For those who sign up for “Monitor Participant Booths” and “Monitor and Assist with Art Activity Stations”, you will need to be available for a period of at least 2 hours (you will not be required to remain for the entire timeframe). All tasks will take place on the event date – APRIL 25, 2026.

Your Available Times for Monitoring Booths/Art Activity Stations

If you selected “Monitor Participant Booths” or “Monitor and Assist with Art Activity Stations”, please indicate the exact times that you have available within each timeframe. You must be available for a period of at least 2 hours.
