Two tents will be reserved as vendor spaces for up to four children and youths (under 18 years of age). A parent or guardian must submit a child/youth vendor application on behalf of the child/youth applicant.
Two tents will be reserved as vendor spaces for up to four children and youths (under 18 years of age). A parent or guardian must submit a child/youth vendor application on behalf of the child/youth applicant.
Parent or guardian submitting an application on behalf of the child/youth must be 18 years of age or older.
Each child/youth vendor will be provided with one 8-foot table with a black tablecloth for display of his/her work. Tables will be covered by a 10 x 10 tent. Up to 2 vendors will be assigned to a tent space.
The Festival Committee will review all art demo/activity host applications and notify applicants of their selections by February 6, 2026.
Accepted applicants will receive an email with a link to a confirmation form with details regarding set-up/break-down.
