Note: Electric hook-up will be available for most booths that require it. However, due to the number of available power sources, electric hook-up cannot be guaranteed for all booths. Priority will be given to those who require electricity to conduct demonstrations, display videos, etc.

Confirmation of Attendance

I confirm that I will be able to attend the Art•Struck Festival on April 25, 2026 and remain present for the duration (10am – 5pm)
Load-In
(Required)
I confirm that I will be able to load in at the Art•Struck Festival on April 25 between 7 – 9am
I confirm that I will be able to set up my tent (if using) and tables by 9AM for inspection by the Fire Department, and I will have all additional materials and displays set up by 10am
I understand that I will be able to unload next to my booth space at the pavilion and that I must remove my vehicle from the pavilion parking lot by 9am
I am aware that reserved parking will NOT be available, but public parking will be available in nearby areas such as the lot adjacent to the pavilion
Booth Placement

I understand that my booth space may be located outside the pavilion and that I will need to provide my own 10’x10′ tent to protect my work from the weather
Equipment & Materials
(Required)
I understand that I am responsible for bringing my own tent (if needed), table(s), and chair(s) as these will not be provided by the festival organizers
Securing Equipment
(Required)
I understand that I must secure my tent with suitable weights of 40 lbs. per leg minimum
I understand that I must tie each weight to the tent legs with rope (weights cannot sit on the legs without being tied)
